Weekends are when I commonly fuss round with slightly extra complicated creations. Not that those highly spiced and flavorful little crimson lentil patties are virtually complicated, simply a piece extra time eating than other dishes that I might make at some stage in the week. You don't even need to drag out a food processor for those. Once the lentils are cooked till comfortable and drained, virtually stir within the relaxation of the components and shape into little bites. Baking them instead of frying cuts down on the cooking time and they're healthier too due to the fact you don't want oil. Simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake, turning once, until they may be nicely browned on both aspects.
These go properly with any meal and they take place to p.C. A bit of warmth too. The dietary yeast provides a bit of cheesy flavor that became out pretty well combined with the spices and tart sun-dried tomatoes. I served them with a simple tomato sauce, however you may serve them as burgers along with your favored toppings, or with a soup or salad at the aspect. These became out to be a large hit with my dinner guests.
