The 2014 Food Revolution Summit, the brainchild of John Robbins, featured 24 interviews lasting about one hour each of recognized experts on healthy eating habits. In addition, the interviewees included a sprinkling of celebrities who are reasonably well informed about the American food production process and the role of factory farming and other mega-corporate practices on human health and the environment. All this was offered at no cost to anyone, though additional material, including transcripts of the interviews, were on offer for a modest price. An outstanding program, one likely to be repeated with variations on an annual basis for years to come.
