Baby Arugula and Tomato Salad with Pomegranate Seeds

Baby Arugula Tomato Salad with Pomegranate Seeds

As the blooms are bursting from the earth and the trees with coloration and existence after a protracted wintry weather and cold spring, it appears fitting to serve a colourful and colourful salad that is bursting with clean rich flavors. Zesty tomatoes and lemon comparison superbly with candy, tart and juicy pomegranate seeds and crisp slices of purple onion on this salad. Homemade bread croutons help to take in any excess dressing, and whilst delivered just earlier than serving the salad, add a pleasant crunchy comparison to the opposite components of the salad. The arugula is silky and peppery, and the complete plate is an explosion of natural pleasure.

In a hurry to put together the relaxation of the dinner, my plating competencies right here do never do that lovely salad justice, but I promise you, your taste buds are in for a treat with only fundamental training time had to produce this Italian-inspired salad that I served up with a pasta dish.
