Black-eyed peas are frequently the legume I visit when I need an easy weeknight meal answer using staples that I am likely to have handy. This become any other winning dish that went properly with a bed of steaming warm buttered basmati rice. The sweet corn provides a nice textural and taste evaluation to the earthy black-eyed peas. The curried tomato base brings the whole dish together in one exceptional massive institution hug.
