Wraps are always a fave in my kitchen, and this time around I wrapped up a few barely spicy roasted candy potatoes and chickpeas served in conjunction with a tangy tahini lemon sauce. They don't take very long to make in any respect. Once the chickpeas are boiled, everything receives tossed together with fragrant spices and then popped into the oven. The sauce is without difficulty whipped up whilst the greens and chickpeas are roasting.
I admit that I failed to make my very own flatbreads this time around but bought pitas from the store rather. I could however advise making a few homemade tortillas to go with this delicious mixture of goodness. It is so right, you don't even need to serve in a wrap. If favored, serve over a mattress of salad veggies or rice.
