Kitcharis (or "khichdi") are an clean Indian meal idea that generally includes rice and split legumes and frequently greens. Very clean to digest, with at least spices, all of your vitamins are served up in one glorious bowl. I used chana dal, basmati rice, cauliflower and inexperienced peas to hold us going for some days.
